Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

RealREPP, a full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a NATIONAL legal firm specializing in Civil Litigation Defense. They are seeking Associate Attorneys to work REMOTELY in California.

The ideal candidate has experience drafting legal documents such as pleadings and memoranda, possesses strong organizational skills, and is willing to handle a heavy workload. This role involves broad responsibilities and exposure to legal issues related to consumer protection, including transactional and civil litigation matters.

This opportunity offers an excellent base salary ($80,000 - $105,000, DOE) and the chance to work remotely with a reputable firm while appearing in local county courts as needed.

Requirements

• Must be currently admitted to practice law in CALIFORNIA (multiple-state admission is a plus) and reside in California.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant litigation experience at a law firm.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet strict deadlines.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with all levels of staff and management.
• Legal research proficiency; familiarity with LexisNexis is a plus.
