Jobot is seeking a highly skilled Permanent Associate Attorney in New York specializing in lending finance to support our clients in complex financial transactions. You will handle UCC Article 9 matters, title surveys, leases, lien searches, and provide strategic legal solutions with strong client service and professionalism.

The role requires a JD, state bar admission, and at least 5 years of experience in lending finance.

Formación

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an attorney specializing in lending finance.
• Proficient understanding of commercial finance, UCC Article 9, title surveys, lease reviews, corporate structure, and lien searches.
• Admission to practice law in the state.
• Exceptional analytical, research, and drafting skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively in various settings.
• Strong commitment to maintaining high professional standards and providing exceptional service to clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently when required.
• Demonstrated ability to stay updated with the latest developments in lending finance law.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal advice on lending finance matters including commercial finance, UCC Article 9, title surveys, lease reviews, and lien searches.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and risk management.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and loan agreements.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings, if necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with business objectives in mind.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure coordinated client service.
• Share insights and updates on developments in lending finance law.
