  • Proficiency in legal research, including use of legal databases, case analysis, and preparation of research memoranda.
  • Effective negotiation skills for handling settlements, agreements, and discussions with opposing parties.

Responsibilities

  • Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Review and analyze case files and supporting documentation.
  • Provide legal advice under supervision and prepare for hearings and negotiations.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized case files and ensure deadlines and procedural requirements are met.
