We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a mid-level Labor and Employment Associate for its Florham Park, NJ office on a hybrid basis. The role involves defending employment litigation and providing counseling to major employers across industries.

The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of defense-oriented experience, be admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, and show strong writing and analytical skills. This is a high-impact position with direct partner access and national scope.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle defense oriented employment litigation including discrimination, retaliation, wage-hour, and related claims.
• Advise employers on day-to-day counseling matters, policies, and compliance with federal/state employment laws.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and position statements with significant responsibility for written advocacy.
• Manage discovery, witness preparation, and support hearings and conferences in state and federal forums.
• Collaborate closely with partners and cross-office teams, gaining direct client exposure and growing long-term relationships.

• Ability to work in the Florham Park office at least 3 days each week
• $245,000 to $265,000 initial base salary, depending on experience
