Jobot is seeking a California-licensed IP Litigation Attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join a premier AmLaw 200 firm on a HYBRID basis. The role covers patent, copyright, trade secrets, and general business litigation with opportunities to grow and advance.

Qualifications

• CA licensed attorney with IP litigation experience in CA.
• 2–5 years of relevant litigation experience across IP and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Litigate IP matters including patent and copyright disputes.
• Provide counsel on IP strategy and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and management.
