Qualifications

• JD from a top law school with excellent grades.
• Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction or waiver available.
• 4–7 years in fund formation, asset management, or broker-dealer regulation.
• Experience with insurance regulatory frameworks and corporate transactions preferred.
• Experience representing insurers or financial institutions is advantageous.
• Strong writing, analytical, communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Counsel insurance companies and financial institutions on regulatory requirements and governance.
• Manage complex deals including M&A, restructurings, and market-entry projects.
• Review and apply regulatory standards for insurance and financial services.
