Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Insurance Regulatory Associate for its Chicago, IL office. The role involves advising on licensing, regulatory compliance, and state insurance matters, with a preference for candidates in New York. You will draft and review insurance-related agreements and perform multi-state regulatory analyses.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of relevant experience, a JD, and admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Qualifications

• Experience with insurance M&A preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise insurers, producers, and agencies on regulatory compliance.
• Draft and review MGA, TPA, service, and reinsurance agreements.
• Conduct multi-state regulatory analyses.
• Counsel clients on emerging insurance and insurtech issues.
• Interact with insurance regulators.
• Support regulatory aspects of corporate and transactional matters.
