Qualifications

• Trial experience preferred.

• Manage litigation matters from initial case assessment through resolution.
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and other case-related legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop strategies to support favorable case outcomes.
• Take and defend depositions and assist with witness and expert preparation.
• Participate in mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and trial-related proceedings.
• Partner closely with clients, carriers, opposing counsel, experts, and internal teams to drive case strategy and resolution.
