The role involves managing high-stakes civil liability claims, premises liability, transportation, construction defect, and product liability matters for major public entities and national brands.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• JD from an accredited law school (top 100 preferred).
• Minimum of 2+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Strong litigation fundamentals encompassing research, drafting, discovery, and case management.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Stipend, Compensation & Mode
