Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Civil Defense Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and a proven track record of successfully defending clients in various civil matters.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in civil defense litigation, including personal injury, property damage, and other civil disputes.

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

Manage all phases of litigation, from inception through trial and appeal.

Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.

Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a variety of civil defense matters.

Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.

Develop and implement effective defense strategies tailored to each case.

Experience

5+ years of relevant work experience.

Admitted to the Texas Bar.
