A rapidly growing insurance defense law firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney in Texas. This is a fully remote position offering competitive pay and excellent benefits. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of litigation experience, be able to handle cases independently, and possess strong advocacy skills.

Job Details

We’re looking for an Insurance Defense Attorney (5+ years of experience) with a strong background in trucking and premises liability. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be licensed in Texas and be able to handle a caseload independently. The ideal candidate will be comfortable billing a minimum of 160 hours per month and managing cases from inception through resolution.

• Active Texas bar license
• 5+ years of relevant insurance defense litigation experience
• Strong background in trucking and premises liability preferred
• Proven ability to work independently and bill efficiently
