Responsibilities

• Manage insurance defense litigation matters involving premises liability, product liability, wrongful death, and related general liability claims.

• Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation as needed.
• Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to develop strategy, evaluate exposure, and drive matters toward resolution.

LOCATION, SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION

Schedule:

In office 5 days/week

Compensation:

$100,000 to $200,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of insurance defense litigation experience, including premises liability, product liability, wrongful death, and similar matters.
• Experience level sufficient to work up a case with minimal supervision (including independently managing core litigation tasks).
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

PREFERRED BACKGROUND

• Aviation-related litigation experience is a strong plus.
