Associate Attorney - Immigration and Criminal Law

Salary: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in immigration, criminal defense, traffic matters, family law, and personal injury cases.
- Handle daily court appearances, including virtual hearings, adjusting to varied schedules seamlessly.
- Conduct comprehensive client intakes and consultations, maintaining proactive and ongoing communication.
- Manage all aspects of case documentation, including discovery, case files, and related records.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents while securing necessary records, such as medical and legal files.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure thorough legal support and case management.
- Pursue continuous professional development through targeted on-the-job training programs.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Must possess an active bar license in New Jersey or be close to obtaining bar admission in the state.
- Strong familiarity with the operations and procedures of court systems.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Proven capability for high-level communication and client relationship management.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced legal environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
