Qualifications

• 2–10 years of litigation experience.
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handling administrative complaints and agency proceedings.
• Analyzing claims and developing litigation strategy.
• Researching and addressing complex legal issues.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Writing and arguing substantive law and motion, including dispositive motions.
• Participating in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences.
• Assisting with trial preparation and trial proceedings; and
• Working directly with clients, experts, and witnesses throughout the litigation process.
