A leading international law firm is seeking Associate to Counsel-level attorneys to join its Global Projects, Energy & Infrastructure Finance practice in New York or Washington, D.C.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work within a highly regarded, market-leading group that advises on some of the world's most complex and high-profile project finance and infrastructure transactions across the energy, natural resources, and private capital sectors.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in New York or Washington, D.C., in good standing
• 2+ years of substantive experience in finance-related transactional work
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex transactions in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage client relationships with ease

Responsibilities

• Advise sponsors, lenders, investors, and developers on project finance and infrastructure transactions
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and ancillary financing documentation
• Support transactions across the energy, power, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors, including renewables
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale domestic and international matters
• Manage transactional workflows from diligence through closing
