Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Conduct legal research and analysis and prepare high-quality written work product
• Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and staff while also working independently
• Engage directly with clients early in your career

Qualifications

• Active member of the California Bar in good standing
• 2–5 years of litigation experience
• Strong academic background
• Excellent legal writing and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities

• Retail trade litigation
• Construction disputes
• Complex commercial litigation
