Central Business Solutions, Inc. seeks an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience to join our Georgia-based team in Valdosta. The role covers insurance defense and civil matters, including personal injury and premises liability claims.

You will manage all phases of pre-litigation and litigation, draft pleadings, conduct discovery, handle hearings and depositions, and provide strategic advice to clients and insurers. A JD and Georgia Bar active status are required.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active Georgia Bar membership (or ability to obtain promptly).
• 3-4 years of litigation experience, with insurance defense preferred.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Professional communication skills and team collaboration.
