Job summary

Markent Personnel is seeking a highly skilled attorney to lead commercial and real estate finance transactions from inception through closing in California. The role requires drafting and negotiating loan documents and advising on UCC and secured lending matters for lender and borrower clients.

Ideal candidates will have a J.D. from a reputable law school, active CA Bar membership, and 5+ years in commercial/real estate finance, with strong drafting and transaction management capabilities.

Qualifications

• J.D. from a reputable law school and active California Bar membership.
• 5+ years of commercial finance/real estate finance experience.
• Strong document drafting and transaction management skills.
• Experience representing both lenders and borrowers preferred.
