Job summary
BCG Attorney Search is seeking mid- to senior-level finance associates (4–7+ years) to join our Financial Practices Group in either San Francisco or Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in commercial and/or real estate finance transactions.
Candidates must be California-admitted attorneys with a JD from an accredited law school, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage large transactions independently.
Qualifications

- Substantial experience in commercial and/or real estate finance transactions.
- Experience representing lenders and borrowers is a plus.

- Experience representing both lenders and borrowers is a plus.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California State Bar.
- Solid understanding of UCC Article 9 or real estate secured lending.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage complex transactions independently.
