Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of attorney experience with strong litigation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills.
• Self-starter able to learn quickly and work independently.
• Team player with proactive problem-solving.
• Active bar membership in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead FCRA/FDCPA actions and debt disputes.
• Prepare and file complaints, draft discovery.
• Attend hearings and negotiate resolutions.
• Communicate with clients and educate marketing teams.
• Ensure corporate compliance.
