Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent plaintiffs in FCRA class action litigation from intake through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft complaints, motions, and legal briefs.
• Manage all phases of complex litigation, including certification and settlement approval.
• Coordinate with experts and counsel to strengthen case strategy.
• Stay current on FCRA class action case law and regulatory developments.
