Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of litigation and transactional matters commensurate with experience.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation materials.
• Participate in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions, hearings, depositions, and trial prep.
• Draft and review contracts, operating agreements, governance documents, and corporate matters.
• Assist clients with business formation, governance, compliance, and day-to-day issues.
• Conduct thorough legal research and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Attend hearings, depositions, client meetings, and other proceedings as appropriate.
• Analyze complex factual and legal issues and develop efficient strategies.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and third parties.
• Manage deadlines and multiple matters with attention to detail.
• Maintain timely time entries and uphold client-service standards.
• Contribute to client relationships and firm growth.
