Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar in good standing (or pending results).
• 0–3 years civil or government litigation experience.
• Excellent legal writing, sharp analytical thinking, and strong interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Draft Pleadings: Prepare complaints, answers, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct Discovery: Draft and respond to interrogatories, requests for production, and admissions.
• Courtroom Advocacy: Attend hearings, argue motions, and assist with trial preparation.
