BCG Attorney Search seeks an Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of Family Law experience to join their Sandy, Utah team. You will represent clients in family law matters, draft legal documents, and provide informed legal advice.

Responsibilities include conducting legal research, attending mediations with senior attorneys, maintaining client records, and negotiating settlements. Utah Bar admission is required; ABA membership is a plus, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Utah Bar Admission required; additional bar admissions are a plus.
• Active member of the ABA.
• At least 1 year of experience in Utah Family Law.
• Experience with protective orders and juvenile court matters preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
