A law firm seeks a full-time Associate Attorney in Lehi, UT. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in family law, criminal defense, and civil litigation. They should possess excellent interpersonal skills, proven courtroom success, and the ability to manage their own caseload independently.
- Represent clients in family law, criminal defense, and civil litigation cases.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Minimum of three to five years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to succeed in courtroom settings.
- Capability to manage a personal caseload independently.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Utah.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Strong negotiation and advocacy abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
