BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Associate Attorney specializing in Family Law for their office in Roseville, California. This full-time position offers the opportunity to manage cases from inception through resolution, enabling significant hands-on litigation experience.

Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, managing family law cases, drafting legal documents, and preparing for court proceedings.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of family law experience preferred.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience drafting legal documents and memoranda.
• Knowledge of California Rules of Court and Family Code.
