This Associate Attorney position will report directly to the Managing Partner of the firm's Evictions & National Evictions Management Group (the "Group"). The attorney will work alongside members of the Group's support staff and carry their own caseload across the State of Georgia. The ideal candidate has some experience with landlord/tenant evictions, but recently barred attorneys as well as recent law school graduates who have taken the July 2026 bar exam are also encouraged to apply. Additional licensure is any of the States in which MRLP, LLP has an office or licensure in the State of Louisiana is a plus. In this position you will need to possess the willingness to work in a team as well as the ability to be self-driven and work independently whenever needed. You will need to proactively stay abreast of the laws, ordinances, and general legal landscape affecting landlord and tenants’ rights in the State of Georgia. The individual in this role must take ownership of their assignment and work-product. Court appearances in the metro-Atlanta area will be required; additional appearances throughout the State, when necessary. Travel expenses are reimbursed. Direct communication with clients is expected and required. Respect, teamwork and communication are essential in making our practice successful and our work lives as enjoyable as possible. The Associate Attorney role will require three days in office.
