Job description

Brierton, Jones & Jones, LLP is a boutique law firm in San Diego focused on trust and estate matters including estate planning, trust administration, probate, conservatorships, guardianships, and litigation. We are seeking an associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience, primarily in estate planning and trust administration.

The successful candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree from a quality law school, have significant experience working with clients in estate planning, trust administration and related matters, and be licensed to practice law in the State of California. Please do not apply if you do not meet these mandatory requirements. An LLM in tax or experience in tax-related matters is desired but not required. Participation in professional organizations and activities is also desired.
