Bonham Solutions seeks an experienced Estate Planning Attorney in San Diego to join a seven-attorney team and a strong support staff, known for a growth-oriented, collaborative work environment.

You will manage estate planning and administration matters from start to finish, working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver thoughtful, high-quality planning and long-term growth within the firm.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of the State Bar of California.
• 3+ years of estate planning experience.
• Experience with trust administration and probate.
• Strong drafting, analytical and client communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple matters.
• Estate planning certification or an LL.M. in Taxation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess goals and design estate plans that fit their needs.
• Draft and review wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives and related documents.
• Handle trust administration and estate administration matters.
• Manage probate matters, including filings and court appearances.
• Advise clients on asset protection, wealth transfer and tax considerations.
• Work with financial advisors, CPAs and other professionals on client matters.
• Supervise and work with paralegals and support staff.

The Role

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range of $130,000-$150,000/year commensurate with experience
