Lambros Law Office LLC is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Rhode Island practice focusing on estate planning, probate, and related real estate matters. You will draft estate planning documents, meet with clients, and collaborate with attorneys and staff to provide clear guidance and practical legal solutions.

Ideal candidates hold an active Rhode Island license and must obtain Massachusetts Bar admission within six months.

Qualifications

Active license to practice law in Rhode Island.
Must obtain admission to the Massachusetts Bar within six months of employment.
Strong legal research, writing, drafting, and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Professional, client-focused approach and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives.
Prepare and complete estate planning packages on a consistent weekly basis.
Draft client proposals, engagement letters, and legal service agreements.
Review client information and prepare documents for attorney review and execution.
Meet with clients to facilitate the signing and execution of estate planning documents.
