Job description

We are seeking an associate attorney with experience in estate planning, probate administration, and trust administration. Corresponding experience in limited liability companies, corporations, partnerships, real estate, and transactional matters will be advantageous. An ideal candidate will be someone with 3+ years of experience and able to work in a fast-paced, busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft estate planning documents, including wills, revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts, trust administration documents, and probate proceeding documents.
• Meet with clients regarding such matters and effectively communicate with them.
• Supervise staff, collaborate with others, and perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.

Qualifications

• LLM in taxation preferred.
• Certified Specialist in taxation or trust/probate law preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence to meet and work with clients and effectively communicate solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with others.
