The ideal candidate values client relationships, teamwork, and high-quality work that delivers peace of mind, and will draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Pennsylvania license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in estate planning or elder law.
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal research and analysis related to estate planning and wealth protection planning.
• Draft, review, and execute estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Meet with clients to understand goals and provide tailored recommendations.
• Explain legal concepts clearly and compassionately.
• Manage case progression and maintain consistent client communication.
• Review and oversee work prepared by paralegals and support staff.
• Conduct client review meetings to ensure alignment with goals.
• Assist with estate administration tasks and filings.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Participate in community outreach and relationship-building.
• Identify process improvements to enhance client experience.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and firm information.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal research and analysis related to estate planning and wealth protection planning
