Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of divorce and family law cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and client meetings.
• Attend and take depositions.
• Conduct legal research and case preparation.
• Communicate with clients in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff to achieve successful client outcomes.
• Must be compassionate, professional and team oriented.
