- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Michigan.
- Interest in divorce and family law.
Responsibilities
- Assist with all aspects of divorce and family law cases.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence.
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and client meetings.
- Attend and take depositions.
- Conduct legal research and case preparation.
- Communicate with clients in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff to achieve successful client outcomes.
- Must be compassionate, professional and team oriented.
