This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is looking to gain meaningful hands‑on experience, manage a steady caseload, and grow within a dynamic and fast‑paced litigation environment.

Role Overview

This full‑time, in‑office position is ideal for an attorney with at least 2 years of litigation experience who is ready to take ownership of cases and develop their skills. Responsibilities include:

• Drafting pleadings, mediation briefs, demand letters, and managing written discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Handling law and motion practice
• Participating in mediations
• Assisting with trial preparation and strategy

A strong working knowledge of California civil procedure and employment law is required. Trial or second‑chair experience is a plus.
