What You'll Do:

• Manage a caseload of employment defense matters, from litigation to resolution.
• Take and defend depositions, including those of plaintiffs, PMKs, and expert witnesses.
• Guide discovery strategy and respond to written discovery with support staff.
• Represent employers in state and federal courts, as well as administrative proceedings (EEOC, DFEH, DLSE).
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial, including class action and PAGA claims when applicable.
  
  

Who You Are:

• Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing with the Bar.
• 3 to 10 years of experience in employment defense litigation
• Experience with PAGA claimsclass actions, and public sector defense (esp. school districts) is a major plus
  
  

Salary/Bonus:

• Competitive Base Salary: $165,000 – $235,000+ (commensurate with experience)
• Bonus Structure: Lucrative yearly and quarterly bonuses
