Job summary

Confidential Employer in Fairfax, VA is seeking an attorney to handle employment and civil litigation matters from evaluation through resolution. You will draft pleadings, conduct research, and represent clients in court with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Active Virginia Bar membership is required; 1+ year of practice is preferred. Experience in civil litigation or employment law is a plus, and you will work directly with clients to provide clear guidance and effective advocacy.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Bar membership in good standing (required).
• Ideally 1+ years of experience practicing law.
• Civil litigation or employment law experience preferred, not required.
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Confidence working with clients and a genuine interest in courtroom advocacy.
• A collaborative, ethical, and client-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment law and civil litigation matters from initial evaluation through resolution.
