I am currently working with a firm in South Florida who is actively seeking a Litigation Attorney as they look to add to their ranks and make expansion hires in their Miami office. In terms of the opportunity, here are the details:

The Role

• Litigation Management: Take an active role in all stages of Employment litigation, from pleadings to trial preparation, representing clients in cases involving discrimination, harassment, and wage disputes.
• Courtroom Advocacy: Appear in state and federal courts across South Florida, managing hearings, depositions, and motions while effectively advocating for clients’ interests.
• Client Collaboration: Advise clients on complex Employment law matters, providing strategic, practical solutions tailored to their specific needs and objectives.
• Trial Preparation: Assist in developing case strategies, preparing witnesses, and supporting trial teams in high-stakes litigation to ensure cases are thoroughly prepared for trial.
