Experience or strong interest in elder law, estate planning, probate, and real estate.
Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical writing skills.
Strong negotiation abilities and client-focused service.”

Responsibilities

Draft and review documents related to elder law, estate planning, probate and real estate (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, property agreements).
Perform legal research and analyze complex fact patterns to advise clients.
Negotiate with opposing counsel, third parties, and other stakeholders; represent clients in proceedings when needed.
Maintain detailed case files and coordinate with colleagues to ensure high-quality client service.
Communicate clearly with clients to explain legal concepts in accessible language and manage multiple matters in a hybrid setting.
