Role Description This full-time Associate Attorney role is a hybrid position based in Sudbury, MA, with some flexibility for work from home. The Associate Attorney needs to have experience in tax and will draft and review legal documents related to elder law, estate planning, probate, and real estate, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and property agreements. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal research, analyzing complex fact patterns, and providing clear, practical legal advice to clients and their families. The role involves negotiating and resolving matters with opposing counsel, third parties, and other stakeholders, as well as representing clients in relevant administrative or court proceedings as needed. The Associate Attorney will collaborate with colleagues and staff to manage cases efficiently, maintain detailed case files, and ensure a high level of client communication and service.
