Job summary

Dwyer & Knight Law Firm in Flagler Beach, FL seeks an Associate Attorney to join full-time on-site. You will work across Personal Injury, Family, Estate Planning, Bankruptcy, and Criminal matters, conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and develop case strategies under supervision.

You will meet clients, provide practical advice, negotiate, attend hearings, and collaborate with staff to manage caseloads with integrity and professionalism. Florida license and JD required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida license or eligibility for admission.
• Strong research, drafting, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other documents.
• Develop case strategies under supervision of senior attorneys.
• Meet with clients and provide practical legal advice.
• Maintain clear, professional communication throughout case lifecycle.
• Participate in negotiations and hearings; collaborate with colleagues and staff to manage caseloads.
