  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
  • Conduct legal research and provide clear analysis.
  • Appear in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts as appropriate.
  • Manage assigned matters and coordinate with attorneys and support staff.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and others.
  • Contribute to a collaborative practice focused on client service and efficient case management.
