Job description

This Associate Attorney position is to support a thriving and fast-paced construction litigation practice. 2-8 years experience in litigation is preferred. The candidate will be exposed to depositions and motion practice immediately. This position requires strong work ethic, confidence, writing, and multi-tasking skills. The position includes a lot of legal briefing and research. The candidate will have an opportunity to be exposed to construction defect litigation, collections, lien/bond claims, and representing both private and carrier/insured clients. Possible signing bonus. This position is not remote. Salary is negotiable. Strong bonus pay.
