W3Global represents a plaintiff-side construction defect litigation firm in the San Francisco Bay Area. We seek an Associate Attorney to join the team and handle substantive case responsibilities alongside experienced litigators.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of litigation experience, with a track record in motions, discovery, and depositions, plus strong legal writing and analytical abilities. The role offers meaningful exposure and close collaboration with clients and litigation teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of litigation experience.
• Experience handling motions, discovery, and depositions.
• Strong legal writing and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters involving construction defect claims.
• Draft and evaluate case management orders and motions.
• Prepare and argue motions and manage discovery.
• Take and defend percipient and expert depositions.
• Assist with trial preparation, arbitration, and judicial reference proceedings.
• Evaluate settlement and early resolution opportunities.
