Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a senior civil litigator to independently manage construction defect cases. The role requires 6–15 years of civil litigation experience and an active California Bar.

This hybrid position offers three days in-office weekly, with a clear path toward equity partnership growth. You will handle subcontractor and general contractor disputes, lead trials, and maintain strong client relationships from inception to resolution.

Qualifications

• 6 to 15 years of post-qualification civil litigation experience.
• Active California Bar admission strongly preferred.
• Experience with subcontractor, general contractor and multi-party construction disputes.
• Second-chair trial experience through preparation and resolution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage construction defect cases from inception to resolution.
• Take ownership of files and trials while maintaining client relationships.
• Handle subcontractor and general contractor disputes as a primary litigator.
• Serve as client-facing lead on matters and coordinate with the team.
• Drive matters to successful outcomes with proactive case strategy.
