O'Hagan Meyer seeks an Associate Attorney with at least two years of civil litigation experience to join our Portland, OR office. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse variety of commercial litigation matters including professional liability, premises liability, products liability, real estate disputes, business litigation, construction litigation and IP.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience including exposure to professional liability, premises liability, products liability, real estate, construction, business, contract disputes and/or IP.
• Strong writing, research and analytical skills with excellent academic credentials.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Oregon.

Requirements

• 2+ year of civil litigation experience with exposure to professional liability, premises liability, products liability, real estate, construction, business, contract disputes and/or IP
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills, complemented by excellent academic credentials
• Highly motivated individuals who demonstrate initiative and can assume responsibility for handling matters within a busy national practice
