A global law firm seeks a Commercial Litigation Associate in its New York office on a hybrid schedule. Candidates should have 2–4 years of strong commercial litigation experience and excellent writing and analytical skills.

JD from a top law school and NY bar membership are required; Judicial Clerkship preferred. Responsibilities include managing matters, front-facing client interactions, and collaboration with opposing counsel and the courts.

Our client is a global law firm and has been practicing for over 100 years. They seekassociates with 2 – 4 years of strong commercial litigation experience to join the Firm's Commercial Litigation practice group in its New York office in a hybrid setting

MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Prepare to assume significant responsibility in the management of their matters, and to take on a front-facing role with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.


• Judicial Clerkship experience is preferred.

The anticipated salary range is $235,000 to $310,000, plus benefits. There is a full range of benefits for you and your eligible dependents.
