Job summary

Our client, a global law firm, seeks associates with 2–4 years of strong commercial litigation experience to join the Firm's Commercial Litigation practice group in its New York office in a hybrid setting. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor from an accredited top law school and be admitted to the New York bar in good standing.

Judicial Clerkship experience is preferred. The firm offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits with training and mentorship.

MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Prepare to assume significant responsibility in the management of their matters, and to take on a front-facing role with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.


• Judicial Clerkship experience is preferred.


• Excellent academic credentials from a top law school, and strong writing and analytical skills are required.


• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited top law school is required. Bar membership, active and in good standing, in New York is also required.
