Job summary

The Los Angeles (Century City) office of Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP is currently seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-6 years of experience. CA admission required. The associate will handle a variety of complex professional liability claims, including but not limited to defending lawyers, accountants, architects and engineers and insurance agents. The associate will also work on securities litigation claims before FINRA Dispute Resolution and the AAA, and Directors and Officers litigation in state and federal court.

You’ll get hands-on experience, real responsibility, and the opportunity to work on cases that actually challenge you.

You'll:

• Manage your own cases and help drive them toward resolution
• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Take part in depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Work directly with clients
• Research complex legal issues and develop case strategy
• Work closely with experienced attorneys and learn by doing

We're looking for someone who:

• Is admitted to practice in California
• Has 1–6 years of litigation experience
• Writes well and thinks critically
• Can manage multiple priorities without losing the details
• Wants to keep learning and take on more responsibility

Base Range: $100,000 - $160,000 USD (not including bonus)
