The successful candidate will handle general liability, personal injury, product liability and professional liability matters, pursue motions and discovery, and work toward favorable settlements while maintainingVirginia licensure and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of insurance defense experience.
• Experience with employment and/or healthcare law is a plus.
• Experience with environmental and/or construction litigation is preferred.
• Experience writing motions and other legal memoranda, summarizing depositions, and trial preparation is preferred.
• Ability to work independently from suit inception to settlement/trial.

We are seeking a new Attorney with 2-4 years of experience in Insurance Defense to join our team. Your role will be to defend a variety of matters in our growing Richmond, VA practice.

Our ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:
